We Grew from Global Trade to Local Community Work

Choice Professionals is the pioneer Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) consultancy in California, having established the first privately run, for- profit center in 1997.  Its ADHC team of consultants and trainers is responsible for over 60 successful ADHC centers.  Today, "gilt-edged" centers -- centers that balance efficient, high profit businesses and recognition by the regulatory agencies for their service excellence -- are Choice Professionals clients.

Founded by Rica Burton in 1986, Choice Professionals began in international trade, university-level education, and corporate training.

In 1996, Choice Professionals brought the breadth and depth of its experience to this highly specialized field of health care, Public/Private Partnerships:  where government contracts with private providers in preventive care.

Because of Choice Professionals' synergistic combination of clinical and organizational professionals, it builds centers for service excellence as health care providers as well as profitable businesses.

Choice Professionals is accredited by the California Board of Registered Nursing and the Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Continuing Education Provider for licensed health care professionals.

Choice Professionals' Core Values

Adult Day Health Care can become synonymous with the highest standards of health care to the community-of-need it serves.  It can also become a business success.

Adult Day Health Care -- by providing effective, quality care in the climate of constricted resources -- continues to  be one of the best strategies to restructure health care delivery.

Adult Day Health Care allows family members and caregivers -- the hidden victims of aging, illness and disability -- time for children, gainful employment, and leisure.

In short, their own quality of life.
